Where is the event being held?
The conference and all activities will take place at the scenic Black Rock Mountain Resort in Park City, Utah. Address: 909 W Peace Tree Trail, Heber City, UT 84032.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual. While most activities will be indoors, there will be opportunities to be outside. Utah’s weather can be chilly during this time, so we recommend bringing a lightweight jacket for cooler mornings and evenings.
What is the parking situation at the resort?
Parking is complimentary at the resort. All guest parking is in the outdoor lot surrounding the resort. Spaces are first come, first serve, but there’s plenty of parking available.
Are meals provided?
Yes, all meals will be provided. A detailed itinerary, including meal locations, will be shared at the conference.
Out-of-state attendees: How do I get flight travel reimbursed?
For those flying into Salt Lake City, send your travel receipt and preferred mailing address to [email protected] for reimbursement.
Out-of-state attendees: What transportation services are provided?
If you arrive on Thursday, November 7, we’ll provide transportation via company cars. A team member will pick you up from the airport and take you to Boncom (if you arrive before the resort check-in at 4 PM) or directly to the resort. Transportation back to the airport will also be provided on November 9 after the conference. To use this service, please email [email protected] with your flight details (arrival/departure times) and the number of luggage pieces.
Out-of-state attendees: Will I need to accommodate for extra space in my luggage?
Yes, we’ll be providing welcome gifts at the conference for you to take home. Please leave space in your luggage for these items, roughly half the space of one side of your suitcase.
